The Sailing Team of Code Zero Vodafone will participate in the Winter Sailing Trophy, organized by EAYK Izmir sailing Club in cooperation with Teos Marina and Cesme Marina.
For eight weekends, until the 18 of April, 20 races, 30 sailboats and more than 150 sailors are expected to offer an impressive spectacle, trying to win the trophy.
The first four weekends (11-12 & 25-26 of January & 15-16 & 22-23 of February) will be held in Teos Marina in Sigacik, Southeast of Izmir. The rest ( 15-16 & 29-30 of March & 5-6 & 18 of April) will be held in the -always welcoming to our team- Cesme Marina.
“The racing sailing in the winter is a challenge for any team. You have do your best against your opponents, the cold water and cold air, but it is certainly an opportunity to upgrade our capabilities. We are very happy to meet old and new friends again.” were the words of the crew members.
The preparation of the team will be starting in a few days and will be complete at the end of December. Stay tuned this winter. Sailing continues in eastern Aegean Sea.
